(一開始的黑白照片拍攝手法,後來近期法語歌手 Charlotte Avril 在她的紅磨坊LES DISQUES PASSEPORT 亦模仿其風格做為專輯封面)

第一次迷上法式香頌是多年前去歐洲的一次旅行中,在那趟旅程裡無意間聽到一個店家放著這類的歌. 從那時開始 沒日沒夜的腦海中都是迴繞著Rina KETTY, Edith PIAF, Tino Ross, Lucienne BOYER 我從Ella Fizgerald, Billy Holiday等Jazz, blues 中跳脫. 


這是一種失魂般地折磨. 往往在單獨過日子的每天當中, 陪伴著我的是這些旋律與歌詞. 也像是那時那刻當下的心境. 人們形容她的嗓音是是異國的, 是深情的. 跟Eidth Piaf那種從遼亮到飽歷滄桑的唱法是大相逕庭. Rina KETTY 其實是在義大利出生, 於30年代到了巴黎,在二次世界大戰期間以Sombreros et mantilles , 和J'Attendrai 這首歌聞名 1945年開始就逐漸沒落無聞. 19454後遷居至加拿大, 就沒能再有新的作品 雖然曾在1965年返回Paris, 但未能重拾她戰前輝煌的成績 1991 年法國的文化部長 Jack Lang 授與Ordre des Arts et des Lettres 後有些人傳唱她的成名曲, 大都因以Dalida 這位埃裔義大利籍歌手翻唱的J'Attendrai而得知

因為這樣, 1981年所拍攝電影 Das Boot, 以及2006年在一個法國勞動協會的TV 廣告中 French union of employers TV commercial 成為一部份插曲. 
作品有 1938 - Sombreros et mantilles 1939 - J’attendrai 1948 - Sérénade argentine 1950 - La Roulotte des gitans

但她還有另外一首非常能代表她其溫柔風格的 Un regards, un sourire 1938 
卻能讓人更體會到她唱出多少在二次世界大戰中受盡戰爭苦難的人們, 那當中等待一切痛苦過去;等待愛的人回來身邊的心情. 不難了解為何在那個時代背景下這麼受到喜愛 .
